CEO of Brazilian Gold (BGC – TSXV). Former CEO of Berkeley Resources Ltd. and was CEO of UraMin Inc. ("UraMin”) until its acquisition by Areva in August 2007 for US$2.5 billion. Prior to joining UraMin, Mr. Stalker was a Vice President of Gold Fields Ltd., the fourth largest gold producer in the world at the time.
